Director of Strategic Programs & Initiatives
At Joya since 2025
Jessie joined the Joya team with gratitude and excitement, both as a parent whose child has benefited from Joya’s compassionate care, and as a community advocate passionate about supporting children and families. A believer in early intervention and access to services, Jessie is honored to help share Joya’s mission and make meaningful connections that strengthen support for the organization’s vital work.
Before joining Joya, Jessie served as the Director of Community & Constituent Relations for Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers, and most recently as the Director of Community Engagement & Stewardship at the Hutton Settlement Children’s Home. In her role at Hutton, Jessie helped amplify voices of youth and staff, build partnerships with donors and agencies, and connected the broader community to a 100+ year mission of hope and opportunity.
Now at Joya, Jessie beings the same heart for mission-driven work – along with her personal connection as a parent – to help ensure that families receive the same early support they need. She and her husband, Alex, live in Spokane with their son Jack.
