Candy LaMar

Candy is a military spouse who arrived in the Spokane area in 2021 from being stationed in South Korea with her husband and family. Originally from Kentucky, it has been her pleasure to move around the globe, learn about different cultures, and gain new insight into how to best support the families that she works with. Joya families are a passion of hers because she enjoys watching the bonds between parents and their children. The adults that surround our children are their best teachers, advocates, and the ultimate support system, so the more we empower them, the better the outcomes there will be for our children.

Hannah Rigney

Hannah started her career working with children and families at a small preschool in North Spokane, where she taught for many years. Having grown up in Spokane, Hannah had heard many great things about Joya and when an opportunity arose for her to learn more about the amazing services the clinic provides, she knew it was something she had to be a part of. Her passion lies in meeting others where they are while helping access tools to propel them forward, so working with families as their FRC was a natural fit. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys exploring Spokane’s ever–expanding food scene, reading, and painting.
