I was born and raised in Spokane, been working with children since 2010 from nannying to volunteering at Joya, Sacred Heart, and Shriners, to working at a daycare. Since I was young, I have always known I wanted to work with children.

A native of Spokane, Jennifer joined the Joya team in 2017. She plays a pivotal role helping families by providing a path through the confusion of health insurance for our clients. She also takes great pride in being the go-to for any health insurance questions that arise from our parents and our staff.

Longtime Pediatrician Matt Thompson was raised in Spokane and went to the University of Washington for medical school. His pediatrics training was at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is married and has six children.

Nurse Enrollment Coordinator / Family Resources Coordinator

Kristy has had an interest in caring for others since an early age. She volunteered at Valley Hospital and Medical Center at age 13, gaining experience in a variety of departments.
