Bequests
With the help of your attorney or estate planner, you can include language in your will or trust naming Joya Foundation as a beneficiary. You may choose to leave a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or a portion of the remainder after all other obligations are fulfilled.

Beneficiary Designation

How It Works
- Request a beneficiary designation form from your plan’s administrator, financial institution, or insurance provider.
- Complete the form naming Joya Foundation as a full or partial beneficiary (this amount or percentage is up to you).
- Return the form to your administrator and let us know your plan so we can thank you for your generosity.
