Justin Botejue

JumpStart Clinic Manager

At Joya since 2025

Justin brings a strong commitment to serving mission-driven organizations, having previously worked in business development at Shriners Children’s, where he helped grow and support programs and clinics across Alaska, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

He was drawn to Joya not only for its reputation for delivering exceptional, compassionate care, but also for the warmth, heart, and dedication of the people behind the mission. He is energized by the opportunity to support and expand Joya’s services to meet the community’s needs.

Originally from Southern California, Justin is proud to call the Inland Northwest home. He lives in Spokane with his wife, a speech-language pathologist, and their young daughter – an enthusiastic participant in Joya’s community groups. Their family is growing with the addition of a baby boy, and they are excited for this next chapter.

In his free time, Justin enjoys playing South Asian musical instruments and staying engaged in local community efforts, including board service with the Spokane Scholars Foundation and Spokane Teachers Credit Union (STCU). He was a 2022 Journal of Business Rising Star.
